About Us

Şener Emlak ve Gayrimenkul is a local real-estate agency at Gazi Mustafa Kemal Caddesi, Kocahan Çarşı No:37 in the centre of Sındırgı, a district of Balıkesir province in western Turkey. We broker sales and rentals in the town centre and in the district's 70+ villages.

What we do

• Sales: building plots, farmland, hobby gardens, detached houses, apartments, villas and commercial property.
• Rentals: apartments, houses and commercial units, including lease contracts and handover reports.
• Title-deed & inheritance: deed transfer, inheritance (intikal) paperwork, share consolidation, mortgage/valuation follow-up.
• Advice: zoning status, deed classification (plot vs. farmland), road/water/electricity, block/parcel checks; property search for buyer requests.

How we work

In rural real estate the most important thing is accurate information. For every property we disclose the deed record, share status, zoning/classification and utilities at the listing stage — and if something is unknown we say "unknown" rather than guess. Listings on this website are not our full portfolio; call us or leave a request for unlisted properties. For buyers abroad we arrange viewings, remote briefings and purchases by power of attorney.
